About the role of Assistant Site Manager As an Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Site Manager in overseeing day to day operations and help ensure the project is completed on time and to the highest standards while meeting weekly targets. This will see you on a multi-phase development. Work closely with the Site Manager to coordinate trades and subcontractors Monitor progress and quality control Promote a safe working environment Support in managing resources and site logistics Help troubleshoot issues and contribute to problem solving Requirements for Site Manager CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid Proven Experience as an Assistant Site Manager or a similar role in the residential sector Excellent communication skills A proactive approach with strong organisational and time management abilities Familiarity with NHBC / LABC / premier and H&S Eagerness to learn and grow trades background would be desirable What's on offer: Salary on offer £45000 to 55000 Car allowance, Bonus and other benefits Personal career plan and training opportunities This role is perfect for someone looking to step up their career while contributing to a team that takes pride in their work.
