Assistant Quantity Surveyor We have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join an established business unit in Winchester. The business operates as a consultancy and undertakes usual professional practice tasks as well as offering construction management services. Having been established for a number of years, the team has built strong relationships across the construction industry, with many of their ongoing projects with repeat clients. They operate across a range of sectors including new build and refurbishment projects in the commercial, retail, higher education and medical sciences sectors. About the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor: As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be working in a close commercial team, headed up by an experienced Commercial Director. You will be responsible for undertaking professional quantity surveying tasks such as building cost plans and take-offs from drawings or working direct for the client on a construction management basis. Key Requirements as Assistant Quantity Surveyor: Hold a relevant construction related degree / HNC Have 2 / 3 years experience in the construction industry Be ambitious and driven Be happy to commute to Winchester / site when required Hold the full right to work in the UK This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business which has grown from strength to strength, with a solid pipeline of work.
