A leading specialist contractor based in the south-coast is seeking a site-based experienced Document Controller to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the country's most intricate contractors with a fantastic reputation.

The Document Controller will play a key part amongst both the site and design team, reporting directly to the Project Manager based on site five days a week.

About the role:

This contractor traditionally specialises in large scale projects valuing up to £300M on a nationwide basis for private and framework clients. The role of Document Controller is a permanent requirement with further works in the area.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overseeing all project documentation and ensuring it is stored correctly in line with company protocol.
  • Assist both client and stakeholders with relevant systems training when required.
  • Continuous maintenance and management to systems throughout the duration of the project.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience using A-site and other Microsoft packages is fundamental.
  • Relevant experience working on large scale projects within the construction industry.
  • Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
