Senior Quantity Surveyor

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the financial management of a high-value, large-scale civils/infrastructure project. The project forms part of the HS2 development, and the role will require close collaboration with a diverse team to ensure effective cost control, timely reporting, and successful project delivery in line with NEC contract requirements., * Oversee all commercial aspects of the HS2 civils/infrastructure project

• Manage cost reporting, forecasting, and contractual obligations under the NEC form of contract

• Collaborate with the project team to address any financial risks and opportunities

• Handle variations and payments, ensuring smooth commercial operations

• Work closely with the client and stakeholders to ensure compliance and resolve any issues

• Provide hands-on support while adapting to the challenging and fast-paced project environment

• Extensive experience in civil engineering and infrastructure projects

• Familiarity with high-value projects, particularly within the NEC contract framework

• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge with a resilient and proactive attitude

• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, while being hands-on and involved with the day-to-day management of the project
