As a Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating and leading a training and development plan aligned with the overall business strategy.

Your focus will be on identifying current and future skills gaps and implementing flexible learning interventions to meet business needs.

You will also play a key role in our grow our own strategy by developing programs for early careers and upskilling.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct annual training needs analysis and develop a comprehensive Training Plan.

Oversee the training competency and skills matrix.

Manage and facilitate all training requests and relationships with external partners.

Support in-house and external development and training from workforce to leadership levels.

Manage the training budget and relationships with relevant organizations, colleges, and universities.

Advise trainees on suitable qualification routes and manage professional/academic qualifications policies.

Facilitate initiatives linked to employment and skills, job fairs, and employability programs.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role and be motivated, with exceptional communication and relationship building skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial, along with high energy and a hands-on approach.
