We have a new opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a well established and still goring FM company. You will be responsible for all FM on your cluster of sites. This is both soft and hard FM., We are looking for a Contracts Manager to cover a cluster of properties. These are all commercial buildings and have different team sizes.
Responsibility for the role of Contracts Manager:

Lead the provision of facility management services to the highest standards meeting client requirements and expectations within a multi-site facilities environment

Develop and maintain customer relationships

Oversee multiple contracts within the commercial,education and council sector

Ensure all duties and responsibilities are undertaken in full compliance

Assist engineers where necessary
