Tiler required in and around Sheffield / Chesterfield to work in tenanted and void properties on behalf of councils/social housing associations. This scheme is a kitchen and bathroom scheme, needing someone to start immediately.

Our client is a main contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates around the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire regions.

The Role

  • Main duties: tiling bathrooms and wetrooms in tenanted and void properties.
  • Total hours are 40 per week, 8am – 4:30pm with a 30 minute break – Monday to Friday.
  • Street Parking.
  • Work with a reputable social housing contractor who works on various schemes within the Yorkshire area.
  • Regular work on a week‑to‑week basis, Monday to Friday.
  • Work for 12 months.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Tiler.
  • Social housing experience.
  • Own Tools.
  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • Own Transport.
  • You must be able to provide 2 x checkable references if you haven't worked with Fawkes.
