About the role of Site Manager You will be working with a growing regional developer, working alongside their current team on 50 traditional build, open market units, based in Preston. They work in partnership with housing associations, meaning a lot of their work is repeat business. Responsibilities for Site Manager Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of work activities and trade subcontractors on site, safety and quality. Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites. Enforce health & safety protocols, manage risks, and address any issues promptly. Coordination and progress meetings. Requirements for Site Manager A proven track record of delivery as a Site Manager within the house building sector. Ideally timber frame experience. Relevant industry qualifications and certificates.
