Tiler required in and around Sheffield / Chesterfield to work in tenanted and void properties on behalf of councils/social housing associations. This scheme is a kitchen and bathroom scheme, needing someone to start immediately. Our client is a main contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates around the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire regions.
The Role
- Main duties: tiling bathrooms and wetrooms in tenanted and void properties.
- Total hours are 40 per week, 8am – 4:30pm with a 30 minute break – Monday to Friday.
- Street Parking.
- Work with a reputable social housing contractor who works on various schemes within the Yorkshire area.
- Regular work on a week‑to‑week basis, Monday to Friday.
- Work for 12 months.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Tiler.
- Social housing experience.
- Own Tools.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Own Transport.
- You must be able to provide 2 x checkable references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
