We are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner to work on a long-term social housing project in and around Sheffield.
Job Responsibilities:
- Working in void social housing properties to be re-let by the council
- Boxing in pipe work
- Installing new hand rails
- Re-pointing Brickwork
- Laying 3-4 flags
Requirements:
- CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness or be willing to take the online course
- Willing to be clean shaven for a facefit test to be carried out
- Previous Multi Skilled Joiner experience
- Social housing project experience
- Own transport and tools
- Two professional references
