Senior Site Manager

Are you a Senior Site Manager or Construction Manager interested in joining a leading principal contractor in the North West on a £90m project? There is an exciting new opportunity to join a leading main contractor & developer in Manchester to a high end RC frame apartment development. Reporting to a Project Manager, you will be managing from the enabling works and the management of several subcontractor packages, chairing subcontractor progress meetings, progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality.

The company are an award winning multi disciplinary contractor and developer that specialise in the construction of commercial, residential and education projects in excess of £200m. This is a fast growing region with an impressive pipeline of projects that can offer excellent career development opportunities.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

1. Background of Site / Construction Management within a large / Tier 1 contractor environment across high rise residential, multiple occupancy builds, student accommodation etc.
2. Experience of managing full life cycle of a project from out of ground to internal packages.
3. Academically Qualified either BEng Civil Engineering / BSc Construction Management and relevant industry tickets and certificates.
4. Track record of the delivery of high standards and behaviours in HSEQ.
5. Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.

Salary & Package on offer:

1. Base £55,000 – £68,000 base (dependent on level / skills).
2. Car allowance & mileage.
