Overview

6 MONTH TEMP-TO-PERM OPPORTUNITY - PREVIOUS RLO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Location: Wirral (Bebington, Bromborough, Pensby, Heswall).

Sectors: Social Housing.

Project Types: Retro-fit scheme.

Pay rate: £27-30k per year salary (dependent on experience).

Duration: 6 month temp-to-perm. This is starting ASAP!

Responsibilities

  • Pre-entry visits and company inductions
  • Collect tenancy agreement/approval forms
  • Visiting tenants in their homes to advise them on when and what work is being carried out
  • Act as the main point of contact and deal with any problems/queries that tenants may have
  • Contact neighbourhood housing associations and establish working relations with them
  • Visit empty houses that are being refurbished with potential tenants and advise them on completion dates
  • Attend and chair tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being carried out
  • Monitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issues

Pay and Benefits

Salary: £27-30k per year, paid weekly. Fuel expenses are paid. Duration: 6 months temp-to-perm.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) is preferred.
