We are hiring for a Tenant Liaison Officer in Preston, starting in September until March 2027. This scheme is a kitchens scheme so previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential.
Duties of the Tenant Liaison Officerinclude:
- Pre-entry visits and company inductions
- Collect tenancy agreement/approval forms
- Visiting tenants in their homes to advise them on when andwhat work is being carried out
- Act as the main point of contact and deal with any problems/queries that tenant may have
- Contacting neighbourhood housingassociations and establishing working relations with them
- Visiting empty houses that are being refurbished with potential tenants and advising them on completion dates
- Attending and chairing tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being carried out
- Monitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issues
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong and stable career within face to face customer service, ideally within Housing or Construction sectors.
Tenant Liaison experience is preferable but not essential!
