Job Description
Are you a driven Operations Manager interested in joining a new regional division of a\\n\\nfacades, cladding remediation contractor in the North West?\\n\\nReporting to a Director, you will take the operational lead of growing a new region. With live projects already in place and due to start this year and several at tender stage. Project values typically range between £3m and £10m across high rise multi use façade remediation works.\\n\\nYou will be responsible for weekly meetings with the group Director to the full operational management of a multi-disciplinary team across several projects within the region, chairing client and pre construction meetings to full operational delivery.\\n\\nExperience / Qualifications Required:\\n\\nProven main contractor experience working in facades, cladding remediation works withing a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor environment.\\nExperience of successful delivery across high rise residential and multi use buildings \\nAcademically Qualified either BSC / HND or equivalent or with relevant trade / industry expertise, certificates & professional membership.\\nExcellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.\\n\\nSalary & Package on offer:\\n\\n£80,000 – £85,000 per annum\\nExcellent employer pension contribution\\n26 days holiday + bank holidays\\nGood additional company benefits & perks
