Role; Multi Skilled Joiner Location; Preston Duration; 2-3 Years Job Spec; We are currently recruiting for New Build Multi Trade Operative with basic skills in different trades to work on a few different New Build Housing developments in the Preston area. This role requires multi trade skills in all areas as the candidate will be required to carry out Customer Care work along with generic Multi Skilled works from the Snagg lists Our client are a Lancashire Based New Build contractor running a responsive contract in the Preston area. The role pays £19-£20 per hour with a basic working week of 42.5 hours. You will need to supply your own vehicle and tools for this role If you are an experienced reactive maintenance operative, please call our Head Offic and speak to Shaun/Nick on (phone number removed) for more infomation. You will be required to provide 2 verbal references for previous roles within the same industry although we will consider applications from other industrys as long as you have transferable skills
