The Client
Our client is a large main contractor who operates nationwide and works alongside councils, housing associations and insurance companies.
The Role
Main duties are wires and alteration works in void properties. The working hours are 40 per week, the hourly rate is £27 per hour CIS/Umbrella. This contract is set to run for at least 12 months. There is street parking on site.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical Installations or similar qualification
- AM2 Qualified/Gold CSCS Card
- 18th Edition
- Social Housing Experience
- Own Tools
- Own Transport
- Must be able to provide 2 x checkable references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before
