The predicted salary is between 56000 - 84000 £ per year.
You will be working with a 5-star award winning house builder who work on timber frame and traditional housing developments across the UK. You'll be involved in optimising profitability and cash flow, in various aspects of surveying, including assisting with subcontractor selection, managing subcontractor accounts, preparing valuations and contributing to financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Independent Commercial Assurance reporting into central function to provide detailed analysis of CVRs/Costs.
- Travel between and support Divisions and Regions on Commercial processes, systems, on-boarding and risk analysis.
- Working alongside Group Estimator to provide benchmarking analysis and review within regions.
Requirements:
- This is an office based role and candidates must be willing to travel to multiple regional offices.
- HNC or Degree in Surveying, Building or similar.
- Previous experience as a Managing QS or Commercial Manager within the industry.
- A strong understanding of building regulations and legal obligations.
- Strong mathematical and IT ability.
