Location: West Lancashire Job: Groundworker/Hard Landscaper Type of Work: Social Housing – reactive maintenance to tenanted properties, voids and some planned refurbishment work Must have: Clean Driving Licence & experience working with tenanted social housing properties NVQ Level 2 minimum – ideally 3 in related discipline and CSCS card. Immediate Start Available! My client are a leading Social Housing Contractor, with a great reputation who offer great benefits and security of work for their employees. The Contractor are working on a long term framework with a Local Authority, providing reactive maintenance services to tenanted properties across the West Lancashire region, alongside some void work and occasional planned refurbishment projects. They are recruiting for experienced and hard working Groundworker/Hard Landscaper to work on this long term framework. This is on a directly employed, permanent basis. It\’s essential you have experience of working closely with residents and within people\’s homes. You must be a minimum of NVQ Level 2 qualified (ideally Level 3) or equivalent in an appropriate trade along with a CSCS.
