We're Hiring: Building Services Manager\\nLocation: Covering projects across the North West of England, Midlands and the North East\\nSectors: MOJ Projects\\nProject Types: New Build & Refurbishment\\nM&E Values: Up to £35M\\nFREELANCE: £350 – £425 a day CIS with expenses paid\\nDuration: 20 weeks with the potential to be extended\\n\\nWe're looking for a skilled and motivated Building Services Manager to join our client's team and play a key role in delivering complex M&E installations across a diverse portfolio of projects. From secure government facilities to high-street commercial units, you'll ensure top-quality service delivery from start to finish.\\n\\nWhat you'll do\\n\\nOversee M&E installations by specialist sub-contractors\\nReport directly to the Principal Building Services Manager\\nMonitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards\\nCoordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives\\nSupport commissioning and final handovers\\nDeliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient building services\\nWhat we're looking for\\n\\nRecognised qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)\\nDBS and/or Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)\\nExperience managing M&E on large-scale construction projects\\nKnowledge of current building services regulations and best practices\\nStrong communication and leadership skills\\nFull UK driving licence with flexibility to travel across multiple regionsFor more details contact Brad Davies at Fawkes and Reece Bolton on (phone number removed) or email (url removed)
