As a Facades Manager, you will be responsible for managing a specific site and ensuring all works are completed within time and to budget. The projects the company work range up to £60m. Experience/Qualifications for a Facades Manager
- Proven experience in construction site management, particularly with design and build contracts and solid understanding of facades.
- Substantial knowledge of facade materials, methods of manufacture and installation, materials and testing.
- Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.
- Experience working in a department that allows them to showcase logical thinking skills and verbal communication skills.
