As a Facades Manager, you will be responsible for managing a specific site and ensuring all works are completed within time and to budget. The projects the company work range up to £60m. Day to day duties include communicating with the team, preparing site reports for Contact Managers, and ensuring all works are on time and dealing with any day-to-day issues that may arise.

Experience/Qualifications for a Facades Manager

  • Proven experience in construction site management, particularly with design and build contracts and solid understanding of facades.
  • Substantial knowledge of facade materials, methods of manufacture and installation, materials and testing.
  • Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.
  • Experience working in a department that allows them to showcase logical thinking skills and verbal communication skills.
