The company specialise in Social Housing refurbishments across Greater Manchester, working within tenanted properties to improve the condition of homes across the region. They focus on internal refurbishments, external refurbishments, fire safety upgrades, and energy efficiency upgrades.

They are looking for an Assistant Site Manager / Resident Liaison Officer (this is a dual role) to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established Main Contractor with a healthy pipeline of work and multiple schemes.

You will be reporting into a Site Manager and your responsibilities will include:

  • The smooth operational running of the site, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
  • Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team.
  • Monitoring the quality of work.
  • Liaising with the client.
  • Liaising with residents and ensuring they are kept updated with the construction process.
  • Ordering materials.

Experience needed: SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid are required tickets, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes. You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.

The salary on offer is £36,000 (depending on experience) plus £4,000 car allowance and other benefits.
