Fawkes & Reece are hiring for multiple Freelance Fitout Site Managers forour client based in Castleford. The manager's will be overseeing leading supermarket fitout projects across the Northwest/Yorkshire& nationwide. Projects typically run 4 to 5 weeks in length before moving on to another project.Accommodation and fuel expenses are PAID.
Job responsibilities of the Freelance Fitout Site Manager:
- Manage supermarket/retailfitout projects - working with leading UK supermarkets/ retail stores
- Ensure projects are on-time and to client specification.
- Report directly to theProject Manager and liaise with head office.
- Manage contractors and subcontractorson-site daily.
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives.
- Flexible with which projects you take.
Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Site Manager:
- Experience working withinsupermarket/ retail fitout/ refurb.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
- UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Must be willing to travel
- Day rate
- Accommodation paid
- Flexible with which projects you take, days or nights etc.
- Weekly pay on a Friday
