Bricklayer/Groundworker required in Leicester to work on domestic properties within the LE2 area. The Client Our client is an award winning sub contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates nationwide. The Role Main duties include; brick patch work, fitting air bricks, a bit of concreting, a bit of slab laying, some fascias, soffits, guttering and a bit of installing ridge tiles layed on mortar The total hours are 40 per week, 8am – 4:30pm with a 30 minute break – Monday to Friday. This contract is for 1 years work. The properties will all be within a few miles of each other and you will ocasionally need to go onto to scaffold, however the role doesn't require a working at heights certifcate. Benefits £23 per hour CIS OR Umbrella payment Street Parking/Free Parking Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday. Up to 1 years work! A CSCS card is only optional.
