About the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor Providing Commercial support to the Senior Surveying team, you'll be an asset to moving the repairs and refurbishments within the Social Housing sector forward. Responsibilities for Assistant Quantity Surveyor Working within the Quantity Surveying team to monitor and analyse the material and subcontractor spending for Social Housing projects. Support the Senior team by preparing and reporting the Cost Value Reconciliations, Cost Value Comparison and management accounts. Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors. Requirements for Assistant Quantity Surveyor Previous experience working in a similar role, ideally also in the repairs/social housing sector Numeracy and organisation skills Excel skills – V-Lookup, Pivot Table & Formula Development Knowledge of NHF SOR codes – desirable What we offer for Assistant Quantity Surveyor Salary up to £45k (dependent on experience) £3k car allowance or company vehicle. 25 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays + your birthday off!
