About the Company:
A long- and well-established Tier 1 main contractor within several sectors including Commercial, Frameworks and Private Sector projects. Their success and reputation as the contractor of choice has been founded on some of the UK's notable projects.
Due to ongoing long-term projects and the expansions of new projects, they are currently looking to recruit a Sustainability Manager within the West Midlands division.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of BREEAM and Well building certifications, Net Zero, Waste Management and Circular Economy.
Role Requirements:
- Supporting on BREEAM at Construction and Design Stage
- Leading Sustainability department
- Supporting sustainability input to business development and bids
- Ensure regular catch up with consultants & client is happening (BREEAM, Carbon, etc)
