We are looking for an experienced and driven Associate Director - Building Surveying to lead and grow their successful Building Surveying team. Based in Birmingham in newly refurbished luxury offices, this role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors while supporting the strategic development of the region. You'll play a key role in client engagement, team leadership, and project delivery.
Core Responsibilities:
- To lead and develop the Building Surveying Team to deliver high quality Building Surveying Services to our clients and partners.
- Play an active role in the business planning process and overall implementation.
- Work closely with the Regional Directors in driving the business growth of the Regional Team.
- Lead business development activities, including the ownership of relevant bids ensuring they are adequately resourced and delivered to the highest standards.
- Develop and maintain quality building surveying procedures, processes and templates for the delivery of projects across all regions.
Requirements:
- Hold full RICS membership.
- Mixed experience of both professional and project-based building surveying services.
- Manage client relationships of designated clients.
- Support the Regional Directors in the day-to-day financial management of the Region Building Surveying Team to include invoicing, debtor collection and fixed/non-fixed cost control.
