I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a UK PLC Housebuilder, in assisting them with recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for their major residential scheme in Leicester. The scheme comprises of 140 Traditional build units, a mixture of houses and flats.
Duties
- As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for taking units from 2nd fix stage through to handover.
- You will be responsible for managing around 20 plots at one time.
- You will be responsible for managing the programme, managing subcontractors on site and managing health and safety on site.
Requirements
- CSCS
- Minimum 2 -3 years experience
- SMSTS
- First Aid certificate
- Fire Marshall
- Knowledge of NHBC & Building Regulations
