Be part of a team to oversee the externals on a 300+ unit, high rise, RC frame, residential scheme. You would be overseeing the frame and facade on a block of apartments, reporting into the Project Manager. This project gets underway in July, so will be looking for someone who has strong experience on externals, preferably from an engineering background.

Responsibilities:

  • Working on a flagship project for a tier two developer.
  • Managing sub-contractors and pushing the programme.
  • Responsible for all external aspects of the project.

Requirements:

  • Ideally an SM who is confident in their ability to lead.
  • Good communicator and excellent with clients.
  • Looking for someone who is career focused and wanting to progress.
