We are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our Special Projects team for our Bristol Office. You will be responsible for leading the project team, communicating business and project objectives to all members and ensuring company procedures are followed. This contractor specialises in new build and refurbishment projects up to 30m. They work in various sectors such as education, blue light, MOD, commercial and industrial projects.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Producing initial contract programme including setting programme targets that are achievable, tracking progress against programme and taking action where necessary.
  • Setting high personal safety and environmental standards and ensuring company procedures are robustly applied.
  • Providing technical and planning input to support tender submissions.
  • Working closely with project quantity surveyor to produce procurement schedules linked to the construction programme.
  • Ensuring prompt delivery of O&M manuals in accordance with the contract.
  • Looking ahead and planning all aspects of the project, identifying potential challenges and bringing imaginative and cost-effective solutions.
