Interpret public sector frameworks, Section 106 agreements, and client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to set realistic project targets. Workforce & Supply Chain Collaboration Champion employment and skills initiatives, including coordinating local apprenticeships, work placements, and T-Level support. Work with commercial and supply chain teams to maximize local spending and engagement with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and social enterprises. Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) and carbon reduction objectives across project operations.
