You will be the lead point of contact for everything facade-related, working closely with the design team, consultants, client and specialist subcontractors to ensure the package is fully coordinated and delivered safely, correctly and to programme.

Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of the retained facade package from design through to completion
  • Managing facade design development, coordination and technical queries
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, details and buildability
  • Leading and managing specialist facade subcontractors
  • Planning and coordinating facade works alongside the wider construction programme
  • Managing interfaces between the retained facade, new structure and temporary works
  • Overseeing surveys, investigations, temporary works and facade protection

Experience required:

  • Extensive experience delivering complex facade packages
  • Specific experience with retained facades, facade retention/support systems and refurbishment interfaces
  • Strong understanding of facade design, buildability and sequencing
  • Experience managing specialist facade subcontractors
  • Comfortable taking complete ownership of a complex package
  • Strong technical, commercial and programme awareness
