We are seeking experienced Freelance Site Managers for a secure sector new build and refurb project in Wigan.
Previous EL1, EL2, or CVT Security Clearance is preferred as candidates will need this.
Key Responsibilities of a Freelance Site Manager
lead and manage construction activities and ensure project is on time, on budget, and to specification.
Co-ordinate and manage contracts and subcontractors.
Ensure full compliance within secure environment procedures and site access rules.
Maintain daily records, reports, and progress reports.
Liaise with client, authorities, project managers on a daily basis.
Monitor all HSE and maintain to the highest standard.
Ensure quality checks are carried out.

Minimum 4 years previous experience in construction (secure environment preferred).
Security clearance - EL1, EL2, or CVT clearances.
Experience working on public sector, Mo J, prison, or secure environment projects.
