We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Widnes
Sectors: New build housing
Pay rate: £24 - 25 ph
Duration: Short term
We are looking for a Freelance Site Manager for a new build housing site in Widnes starting Thursday 6th August. 66 timber frame houses, you will be overseeing site H&S and trades, as well as overseeing snagging working alongside the assistant site manager.
Duties as a Freelance Site Manager:
- Oversee new build timber frame housing site
- Work alongside assistant manager
- Ensure project is running efficiently
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
Required Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager:
- Experience as a Site Manager (new build housing)
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshal
- Working at Heights and Manual Handling a bonus
