This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in power, utilities, or electrical network operations who is passionate about safety, quality, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
The Role
As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with client requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations across allocated projects.
- Manage labour, plant, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Lead site safety, ensuring compliance with RAMS, permits, and company procedures.
- Deliver toolbox talks, site safety briefings, and regular site audits.
- Monitor site quality and ensure documentation is completed accurately.
- Support Team Leaders and Operatives with technical and operational guidance.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders on site.
- Maintain accurate records, including timesheets, plant returns, and site reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and introduce innovative solutions.
About You
We're looking for someone who has
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within power, utilities, or electrical infrastructure.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good knowledge of health & safety legislation, permits, and RAMS.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Customer‑facing experience.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Supervisor Accreditation or equivalent within the power sector.
