We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a new residential housebuilding development in Telford, working on behalf of an established PLC housebuilder.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong residential background who has previously worked with a PLC housebuilder and understands the standards and processes involved in delivering high-quality new homes.
Experience working on both Housing Association and Open Market developments would be highly desirable, along with a good understanding of both timber frame and traditional build methods.
Key Responsibilities

Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades and site labour.

Ensure construction works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme.

Maintain high standards of build quality throughout the development.

Monitor progress and ensure build targets and deadlines are achieved.

Coordinate site deliveries, materials and logistics.

Ensure all health & safety procedures and site requirements are adhered to.

Work closely with the Contracts Manager and wider project team.

Monitor workmanship and ensure homes are delivered to the required specification
