We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with an understanding of Contracts and Project Management, to join a specialist contractor, with national reach, based in Verwood, Dorset. The business undertakes projects across the education, healthcare, commercial, sports & leisure, and MoD sectors. As a result of some recent project wins, they are now looking to expand their team with an additional Quantity Surveyor.

About the role:

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on projects valued between £1m - £15m.

Key Responsibilities in the role:

  • Handling the full contract
  • Overseeing general site operations
  • Managing subcontract procurement and dealing with variations
  • Managing monthly valuations and liaising with clients
  • Dealing with final accounts

Key Requirements for this position:

  • Have a HNC / construction-related degree
  • Have administered JCT form of contract
  • Must have the full right to work in the UK
  • Must live within commutable distance to Verwood, Dorset
