Technical Designer: I am currently working with a top design and build company who are looking to expand their design team. My client are looking for a Technical Designer with Revit 2024 on a freelance basis. They need high performing staff to help deliver real outputs through drawings and modelling. They give our team members the tools to succeed and the autonomy to innovate and drive excellence. Key Responsibility's: Proficient in Adobe Suite, Fusion and SketchUp (other drawing packages are advantageous) Calculating dimensions, weight limitations, and measurements for designs Producing 2D and 3D CAD outputs, which will be fully annotated and workshop ready Creating diagrams and layouts to illustrate the workflow of designs Ensuring all projects are built to the required production specification Regular communication and meetings with other departments, especially the account management team and heads of departments in the workshop Working to very specific deadlines and milestones Ensuring designs comply with company regulations and quality standards Identifying areas for improvement and efficiencies in relation to your business area Schedule – Monday to Friday – 8:30am – 5.30pm You are required to have Revit and an office workplace experience as a technical designer.
