They are currently on the lookout for an experienced chartered architect due to the current employee looking to retire. The role would include managing complex technical packages, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and balancing design quality, regulatory compliance, and programme delivery within a live Design & Build environment.
Main duties include:
- Production & co-ordination of design information
- Contractor, subcontractor and supplier engagement
- Construction/Technical detailing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
- Proficiency with software packages such as AutoCAD, Excel
- Full UK driving license required
