Sub-Agent - AMP 8 Framework Location: Chatham / Falmer Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on start and end times Salary: Up to £60,000 + package We're looking for a Sub-Agent to join our AMP 8 Framework team, based in our Chatham / Falmer offices. As a Sub-Agent, you'll play a vital role in coordinating, planning and delivering preconstruction and construction phase activities for our projects. You'll manage operational resources to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards whilst maximising customer satisfaction and profitability. What will you be responsible for? Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and Business Assurance Systems Managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring works are delivered to specification Overseeing labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources with accurate recording Managing and monitoring sub-contractor performance and delivery Leading supervisors, site engineers and section engineers whilst ensuring quality assurance and daily monitoringWhat are we looking for? This role of Sub-Agent is great for you if: You have a relevant qualification (Management qualification / NVQ L3 / HNC / Degree) and are Chartered with ICE or working towards it You have a proven track record in successfully managing projects with strong commercial awareness You possess excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills You hold SMSTS and CSCS and/or CPCS Card qualificationsWe're all about finding potential here, and transferrable skills are always welcome!
