We're looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join an established construction business delivering care home projects, mainly traditional build.

The Role:

  • Support the Site Manager with day-to-day site management
  • Coordinate subcontractors and site activities
  • Monitor progress, quality and health & safety
  • Assist with programmes and planning
  • Carry out site inspections
  • Help ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

About You:

  • Previous Assistant Site Manager or similar construction experience
  • Care home, residential or similar project experience preferred
  • Good understanding of traditional build
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
  • Full driving licence
  • Willingness to travel when required
