We're looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join an established construction business delivering care home projects, mainly traditional build.
The Role:
- Support the Site Manager with day-to-day site management
- Coordinate subcontractors and site activities
- Monitor progress, quality and health & safety
- Assist with programmes and planning
- Carry out site inspections
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
About You:
- Previous Assistant Site Manager or similar construction experience
- Care home, residential or similar project experience preferred
- Good understanding of traditional build
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Full driving licence
- Willingness to travel when required
