Fawkes & Reece are currently recruiting for a Proposals Coordinator to join a Regional Contractor based out of their office in Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable contractor who works across a great variety of projects covering the south coast & southwest.

About the role of Proposals Coordinator

As Proposals Coordinator, you will be joining an experienced pre-construction team, assisting with the bids, submissions, tenders, project packs and questionnaires. Typically, our client works across a range of projects including Education, Healthcare, Residential & commercial new builds, typically valuing up to £20M.

Responsibilities for Proposals Coordinator

  • Assist in the design, development and branding of submissions documents for prospective tenders.
  • Support the team with conducting market research and holding a strong industry understanding.
  • Ensure all documents are quality checked, including meeting the proposal requirements, within the correct format and following company standards.

Requirements for Proposals Coordinator

  • A creative nature supported by relevant qualification either within Graphic Design, Art or Marketing.
  • Previous experience using relevant systems including In-Design & Photoshop.
  • Strong ability to communicate verbally, written and visually is essential within this role.
