Site Supervisor - Stansted Airport (Airside Works).
An opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a contractor delivering ongoing works at Stansted Airport.
The role offers long-term stability, a varied workload, and the chance to work within a live airport environment where safety, coordination, and quality are essential.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise day-to-day site activities across multiple work areas.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and to programme.
- Maintain strong communication with project management teams and airport representatives.
- Ensure all health, safety, and quality standards are met within the live airside environment.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates on project delivery.
- Assist with planning works to minimise disruption to airport operations.
Requirements
- Valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
- Previous experience supervising construction works within operational environments.
- Valid Airside Pass (essential).
- Strong understanding of health & safety procedures and site management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and workstreams simultaneously.
