A leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team on a major project based in Cardiff.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for overseeing internal works packages, ensuring delivery to programme, quality, and safety standards. You will play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, driving productivity on site, and maintaining strong communication with the wider project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate internal works on site
- Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Oversee subcontractors and daily site operations
- Maintain site records and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Work closely with senior management to drive programme and performance
About You
- Proven experience as a Site Manager with a Tier 1 or reputable main contractor
- Strong background in managing internal packages on large-scale projects
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Driven, proactive, and focused on quality delivery
