Site Manager (EWI/Externals/Recladding)

We are currently working with a leading main contractor, to assist in their search for a Site Manager across London on EWI and recladding projects. This will be residential and commercial buildings, needing extensive knowledge on EWI and cladding. Our client has a strong pipeline of work, so there would be no issues with the longevity of work. Responsibilities for Site Manager: Oversee the external works on projects. Oversee the sub-contractors and labour force, keeping high health & safety standards. Keep the project on time and in budget.Requirements for Site Manager: Understand programming and process. Worked on RC frame housing projects.
