If you are a Site Manager who enjoys taking ownership of fast-paced leisure and community schemes, this is a great opportunity to lead the delivery of a major new-build project. You will be overseeing a 35m leisure centre development, managing both internal and external packages from early works through to final completion and handover.

This is a hands-on role for someone confident running site operations, coordinating trades, and driving programme performance across multiple work fronts. You will need to be equally comfortable managing building envelopes and external works as you are with complex internal fit-out elements.

The role offers a 270 - 300 per day (CIS) rate, with long-term project duration and strong continuity of work through to completion.

This freelance Site Manager position is focused on delivering a large-scale leisure facility, overseeing day-to-day site operations across both internal fit-out packages and external construction works. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery across all site activities, working closely with project leadership, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain programme and quality standards.

It is a role suited to someone practical, organised, and proactive, who can manage multiple trades and packages simultaneously while keeping tight control of site progress.
