What you’ll be doing:
- Leading an Assistant Quantity Surveyor on various residential and contracting works in and around Sheffield whilst liaising with the managerial team to ensure works run smoothly and within budget.
- You’ll be using your commercial experience to manage your own accounts to increase profitability of the contracts.
- Ensure that all documentation such as compliance, completion etc. is completed and stored per the process.
- Prepare monthly CVR reports.
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience working as a QS / SQS in housebuilding or contracting
- Relevant qualifications in the field
- UK Driving Licence
