This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Design/Technical Manager to work for one of the UK’s most prestigious residential developers and lead a major new build scheme in Southwest London which delivers circa 1000 units split over numerous phases. This role will lead the project and be responsible for managing an internal technical team. This opportunity also offers flexible working between site, office, and home.

Requirements for the Senior Technical Manager role

1. Experience working in a Design/Technical Management role with a main contractor or developer
2. Experience working on large residential projects
3. Experience with RC frame projects
4. Experience managing a team
