Due to continued organic growth and a strong pipeline of repeat business, they are looking to hire an experienced Site Manager to join the team on projects typically valued up to 10 million. This is a long term opportunity with a business known for its collaborative culture, quality delivery, and strong relationships with both clients and supply chain partners. The role will suit a driven Site Manager with a strong background in fast paced commercial fit out projects and a proactive approach to programme management, logistics, and health & safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day site operations from pre-construction through to handover
- Driving programme and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard
- Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining strong site productivity
- Managing site logistics within challenging live and occupied environments
- Maintaining exceptional standards of health, safety, and quality
- Identifying and mitigating key project risks
- Leading site meetings and maintaining clear communication with project teams and clients
- Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and client expectations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit out/refurbishment
- Track record delivering projects up to 10m
- Strong understanding of programme management and sequencing
- Excellent knowledge of health & safety and site compliance
- Ability to manage logistics and multiple subcontract trades effectively
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
