Very attractive opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to work for a leading main contractor on a new school project in London.
Looking for a Senior Site Manager to lead the project delivery team on a new project coming out of the ground with a very good existing client.
Senior Site Manager responsibilities
– Managing all sub-contractors from the ground up.
– Pushing the programme and keeping on top of the project, being main point of contact for the client and managing a small team.
– Ensuring H&S and Quality on site are to a high standard and ensuring project is meeting client timescales and budget.
The ideal Senior Site Manager
- Experience managing new build and ideally experience in school projects.
- Ideally have main contractor experience and able to keep on top of a Site valued up to 50million
- It would be desire able if this senior site manager has an understanding of all packages.
- Senior Site Manager with a good blend of skills of managing sub-contractors, driving a project and ensuring H&S and quality on site.
