About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor: Opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with at least 5 years' experience at a London based fit out contractor to become a commercial lead and site no.1. Seniors or high-level quantity surveyors are also needed as there are several spots for no.2's available as well. All projects are in the London area but mainly in central. Projects sizes under £10million in fast track fit out business ensuring high quality and strong time management skills . Responsibilities for Senior Quantity Surveyor: Fully commercially responsible for projects as a No.1 lead. Working from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts. Managing Packages. Managing Sub-Contractors. Site Meetings.Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor: Minimum 3-5+ years with a fit-out contractor. Degree qualified and needs to be construction based. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.What we offer for Senior Quantity Surveyor: £70,000 - £90,000 for a site no.2, and £90,000 - £120,000 for a site no.1.
